When I joined the NBA Social Team, a social strategy did not exist for commerce content on @nbastore or @nba. Over my 10-month contract with the NBA, I exponentially grew the social presence on @nbastore. Here's what I implemented to the social strategy:

π A consistent posting cadence on all social platforms to increase followers and engagement

My new Instagram strategy for @nbastore immediately grew followers for the brand, taking the brand out of a decline in followers.
Over my 10-month contract, Instagram followers consistently increased.
