Pens.com: Social Media & Content Strategy

Role: Manager, Global Social Media

Responsibilities:

Leads the development and execution of Pens.com's global organic social media strategy, aligning with brand voice and brand marketing initiatives to enhance audience engagement
Oversees video content strategy and production for organic and paid social content, including brand storytelling, product demos, customer testimonials, and thought leadership
Manages relationships with social media agencies, influencer partners, and vendors to deliver high-quality, strategically-aligned, scroll-stopping social content
Leads, mentors, and develops a team of four social media specialists and coordinators
Guides the development and amplification of user-generated content, influencer collaborations, and community-driven initiatives that strengthen brand advocacy
Oversees community engagement through social comments, messages, and reviews
